Perspectives on how to build a UX team from a human approach
Building a team is not easy. But building a UX team is something that can be even more complicated because it requires focusing on developing products that —among many things— make different types of users feel included.
In this workshop, we will explore how to create teams with a set of values that enable empathy and diversity of thought, but from a practical perspective. Participants will create their dream team based on a specific challenge.
