Heroes (Designers) are made by the path they choose, not the power they are graced with.

The impact of your design decisions doesn’t end on your screen. The greatest impact is to influence the capacities of an organizational process that will level up how we interact with our environment.

For us as designers this means we have 3 new hats;

1. Create your own job description, redefining your role within the organization where we work.
2. Ideate the way you want to work, rethink the way in which we observe, analyze and act within the organization
3. Show how to do it; lead the path of Culture and Organizational Design.

The idea of this conversation is to focus on how design decisions have an impact on the dynamics of cultural organizations. Through the fundamentals and tools of systemic thinking that we will address in collaboration with Ozmo; the Strategic Solutions Laboratory of Mexico City, and its concept of Actionable Intelligence for companies, we will see how organizations can aim for success through these new work models and idea generation.
